I think, I am quite an innovative person and I am constantly curious about what's happening in the world. But how can I get my team embracing innovation and thinking likewise? 

We are dividing organisations into linear organisations and exponential organisations. Linear organisation is a concept, most of todays organisations come from. Their industry is facing massive change and the structure is overwhelmed with a future of uncertainty. Most of todays linear organisations will go out of business within the next ten years. 

The leadership team is up-to-date with technological development and spends a huge budget on digital transformation. The team seems to lack behind and the gap between "first row"- innovative thinking and the actual body of the organisation is growing.
